My payment hasn't gone through
If your payment hasn't gone through, it's worth checking that everything needed to process your payment is in order.
- The card number you're entering must match the long number on the front of your card.
- The expiry date must be in the future.
- There must be sufficient funds available to cover the order.
- The correct CVC number is required. For Visa, Mastercard and Maestro this is the last 3 digits of the number on the signature strip on the back of the card. For American Express it's the 4 digit number printed on the front of your card, just above your card number on the right hand side.
If you're having trouble with the 3-D Secure code (such as Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode) please get in touch with your bank.
