What if the event is cancelled or postponed?
Sometimes an event organiser may need to reschedule or cancel an event. We'll take reasonable steps to inform you of any change or cancellation to your event, provided that we've been informed of such changes by the event organiser. However, it's your responsibility to check whether an event has been postponed, rescheduled or cancelled. We can't guarantee that you'll be informed of such change or cancellation before the date of the event.
For some rescheduled events, the tickets issued with the original event date will be valid and no further action is required. For other events, the original tickets need to be returned so that they can be exchanged - we'll be in touch if this is the case .If an event has been cancelled, we'll send you an email to notify you of any applicable refund process.
