How do I use an e-ticket?
We'll send your e-ticket to the email address you provided when buying your tickets. You'll need to print the e-ticket and take it with you to the event. Some events may have special instructions for using e-tickets so make sure you check the instructions carefully. Each e-ticket has a unique barcode which can only be scanned once on entry.
E-tickets are often sent very close to the event date, sometimes just 48 hours before. Please make sure that you check your junk email folder for your tickets and, if you haven't received them by this time, please call us on 0333 300 9911 straight away.
On the day, it's important that you remember to bring:
- A print out of your e-tickets.
- The card used for payment.
- Photographic ID, such as a photo driving license or your passport.
If you don't have these with you, we can't guarantee your entry to the event.
